If it were a free parody game it wouldn't be so suspicious, although the legal risk would be the same (normal for Nintendo fangames). Regarding who owns the IP for said adaptation, it was Kievnauchfilm, but it was dissolved in 1993 and then inherited by Ukranimafilm, which in turn merged with Dovzhenko Film Center. |
