| Jun 23, 2025 5:04 PM | CopperTheFox | Asset: Death Egg Robot | @Snow-Thunder The lid is rotated ingame, so there wouldn't be any sprites for the different rotations |

| Jun 23, 2025 3:59 PM | Tailikku | Asset: Balrog | and people said that Capcom was lazy with their graphics. This is even lazier: a recolor of Heavy D. |

| Jun 23, 2025 3:44 PM | Tailikku | Asset: Bocke Lee Temjin | @hellchio Not even. This character was always known as Bocke Lee Temjin. The marketing team tried to tie him into being Boy from the previous game, until that was ultimately disproven in Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom |

| Jun 23, 2025 1:47 PM | Ya Block | Asset: Leo | i misspelled 'sprites' as 'spries' anyway, the sprites seem to switch between an anti-alias and alias version, probably they forgot or werent given enough time to edit them to be anti-alias the alias sprites probably used a difrent palette as the shade on the shorts use a difrent color |
| Jun 23, 2025 1:46 PM | MollyChan | Asset: Omake (Bonus Menu) | This menu requires a button code to access! Simply hold L1 and R1 when selecting the options menu from the title screen, and the "omake" option will show up on it (You'll know it's there, even if you can't read Japanese, cuz it'll be the only yellow-coloured option selection there). Entering it brings you to a nifty little cutscene viewer, which is cool, but that's not all! Pressing right on the D-pad will move your selection off of the cutscene menu, and will have Boyacky's hand slide on-screen, above the big red skull-shaped button, with a command to "Press Button." Do your best "Pochittona!" and press the button, which instead of causing any sort of self-destruct sequence, will instead simply make the skull button's eyes light up, which enables several things. First thing you'll notice upon returning to the normal options menu (which you can do by pressing Right on the D-pad again to highlight the cutscene selector again and then press the displayed button to exit), is that the upper limit of credits you can now select has gone from 9 to 50. Starting a new game in either mode will reveal the other effects: A level select, and having the Dokurobei Car unlocked from the start (even in Normal Game, where you otherwise never get to use it!). |

| Jun 23, 2025 12:24 PM | 89spectralpup | Asset: Prince of Hyrule (Zelda 2-Style) | I saw this sheet yesterday, and I see that it’s now been updated to include the Prince’s sword. Excellent sheet, @MisterMike! |

| Jun 23, 2025 11:20 AM * | Barack Obama | Asset: Clatos (Exterior) | The devs here also worked on Tales of Phantasia, with the layering technique for the maps being the same. I was really struggling when I had to correctly layer everything to form the complete map. This is why I used all these weird workarounds like splitting the shadow / water layer and having a black bg. Turns out the secret was just to use the shadow / water layer twice, first as the bottom layer and in the end as the final overlay with blend mode normal & 50% opacity (just like ToP). Anyway, revision is on the way. Sheet will be much smaller too, with only 4 layers instead of 9. |

| Jun 23, 2025 11:10 AM | Barack Obama | Asset: Abyss of Thor (Risen Exterior) | Are you sure? Just checked the overworld for Jurassic Park and some of the maps in Albert Odyssey & Final Fantasy VI, all three feature pure black in their tiles. It's also a very popular background colour for a lot of SNES games. |
