NPRios, the joke is based off of old Hotel Mario YTPs.
the lines "where theres smoke, theres fire" and "when you pinch wendy's pennies, they pinch back" had their parts swapped, resulting in the line "where theres smoke, they pinch back." dogtoon64 was making a joke in reference to that, instead swapping the other parts around, leading to "when you pinch wendy's pennies, there's fire."
