@BrewzerBrody: That's exactly how they appear in the game. I don't know what happens that since the gamecube some sprites look like jpegs. And that's not just in the Mario Party franchise. Here are some examples:

@BrewzerBrody And just how would they go about doing that? These are ripped from the 3DS, you can't expect phenomenal resolution from the graphics.
