@Nintega Dario a better idea was to import Boo and Bowser Jr. from this game on your Mario Party 9 hack because this game runs on the same Game Engine and MP9 might be compatible of using Boo's and Bowser Jr.'s files from that game.

One thing missing in the Faces Section, sort of like the character selection, but without the bubbles.
