Yep. I believe the animation is exclusive to this port as well. Earthworm Jim: Special Edition for Win95 has a similar Easter Egg that triggered the same way. (And even appeared in the inferior DOS port from Whole Can o' Worms)

Oh, wow! I was actually wondering what that was. I used to play this game back when I was a kid on my Sega Genesis, then later on PC. Still full of stuff I never knew about.

Yep, that's right. Harry Jr's got a secret "piss break" idle animation that can trigger at very rare occasions or pressing the F10 key. XD
