Neco Ciel is just Neco Arc with a different palette, unless you mean the story portraits.

Alright I've submitted the Boss Rush/Story sprites, do message me on discord (Icy Mitsuhashi#1870/Yvette#2060) if there are any missing characters who have story exclusive sprites, or characters I've submitted that doesn't have story exclusive sprites.
