Basically atlas is the format the current monsters are uploaded in; how the original game engine reads from them. I have them all in a useable sprite sheet format. If you're more familiar with Spriters resource you could hit me a PM and you could upload them if you wanted to. I don't really have the time to go through them one by one right now.

Not sure what atlas format is, but if it's better than the current versions then you can revise the corresponding sheets with your own rips.
I've also seen games which have subsections for parts / .zips and ones for assembled sheets.

I also made a python script which generated spritesheets of all characters / monsters in useable format.. but not sure how to upload all here since they are already uploaded but just in atlas format, not aligned spritesheets.
