Yeah, it's an easter egg. If you hold down the A button when selecting a Robot Master the stars will turn into Pipis.

Yes. They also rendered an R over an L in a trailer.
Does that be the same in the another Mega Man games such as in Mega Man: The Power Battle and other games where Clash/Crash Man appears?
The reason the letter there is missing is because Japanese can’t use different pronunciations for L and R. Ex: Dr. Right/Dr. Light, Clashman/Crashman

Someone needs to add the separate overlays for the characters, like in the MM3 sheet.
@Sanic Hogeheg There are no true "raw" colors for NES games, emulators and TVs all show them slightly different.
Eh..... Why do the colors look so... dead? It has to be the an error, because the colors of the Robot Masters anywhere else are much more colorful.
