I ACTUALLY HAVE THE FULL GAME ,IT'A .JAR FILE THAT YOU CAN RUN ON KEMULATOR OR J2ME LOADER. BUT IT THE CHINESE VERSION RELEASE BY MOBILE CHINA(中国移动) AND FORCEGEN(北京动力创想科技)

It's official but only came out in Japan as part of the Sonic Cafe service and South East Asia.
Is this official? I don't think I've seen it on any list of Sonic mobile games
