These are missing the super-deformed evolved versions of mons found on the battle screens and training halls. For younger monsters they're the same sprites but older ones have two sets!
This game's monsters are like... 20 moeblob, 40 percent kitbashed Gundam models, and 40 percent indistinct robo-waifus.
