@RTB Ahh, that explains it. I never had a "player 2", so I saw that sparingly. And saw it more as a Bullet Bill-looking thing when I did.
@Doc von Schmeltwick: Sonic the Hedgehog 3's competition mode, it's an item you can use. Most people probably know about it from SRB2 Kart / Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers, though.
