| Aug 9, 2017 5:02 PM | Cheesy Mac n Cheese | Asset: Pokémon (2nd Generation, Normal) | So the Legendary Beasts, Ho-Oh and Celebi aren't even programmed in yet, huh? |
| Aug 9, 2017 4:44 PM | Superjustinbros | Asset: Sound Test | Yeah, this needs to be in Sonic 3 as well. |
| Aug 9, 2017 3:06 PM | LoneShadowStar | Asset: Ganon | The art style in this game reminds me of Dream Team's style. |
| Aug 9, 2017 2:34 PM | LoneShadowStar | Game: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door | @SuperGamecube The Koopa Clown Car can be found on the Textures Resource, if it makes your job easier. However, it does not have Bowser riding in it. |
| Aug 9, 2017 2:31 PM | LoneShadowStar | Asset: Magnus Von Grapple | @Filler It's a little of both. All of the sprites in this game are layered over super flat models to add the "paper" effect. This is one of a few that are manipulated over a model to make it more 3D. |
| Aug 9, 2017 2:21 PM | Music Video 123 | Game: Joe and Mac: Caveman Ninja | You don't rip the cavemen. :( |
| Aug 9, 2017 11:42 AM | Nova | Asset: Ness (Undertale Battle-Style) | @Raimbowyosh123 Did you know that comment could be a thing we call a "joke" |
| Aug 9, 2017 11:21 AM | Nova | Asset: General Sprites | i do have to say the sprites are alright |
| Aug 9, 2017 10:27 AM | Bomb Bloke | Game: Metal Slug Attack | Not sure if you've ever sat in front of such a machine, but in my experience there isn't much difference between physically turning the knob and tapping your screen. The gatcha systems aren't why people play freemium games like this one, though. The collection aspect has some appeal to it, but ultimately it's an aside to the actual gameplay. |
| Aug 9, 2017 9:47 AM | Smakkohooves | Asset: General Sprites | Cool |
| Aug 9, 2017 6:10 AM | Random Talking Bush | Game: Overwatch | All of the submissions are up-to-date with v1.13 now (including Doomfist and the Summer Games 2017 stuff). @michaeltheKitten: Main reason why it hasn't been ripped yet is mainly because the pieces for which are scattered across hundreds of image files with only IDs, no proper filenames to make things easier. |
| Aug 9, 2017 5:32 AM | Nova | Game: Lunar Knights | this really needs more sprites |
| Aug 9, 2017 4:51 AM | TheMultiMan | Asset: Morshu Refuses Sale | Come back when you're a little, MMMMMMM, richer! |
| Aug 9, 2017 3:22 AM | 124scratch | Game: Donkey Kong | Here you go: https://www.spriters-resource.com/arcade/donkeykong3/sheet/94584/ |
| Aug 9, 2017 2:44 AM | Plok | Game: Dr. Hello (Bootleg) | #drhelloforsmash |
| Aug 9, 2017 1:59 AM | Dolphman | Game: Knuckles' Chaotix | At least Sega remembers Knuckles is close friends with them. If the exclusive victory animation with him and Vector from Mario & Sonic Rio Olympics is anything to go by. |
| Aug 9, 2017 1:56 AM | Dolphman | Asset: Zone Title Card | @LooneyTunerIan Not yet. But I did give a friend permission to use it for his fangame. |
| Aug 9, 2017 1:31 AM | OskeinO | Game: BlazBlue Centralfiction | man when i see jubei on this list one day my hype meter will explode xD |
| Aug 8, 2017 11:56 PM | LooneyTunerIan | Asset: Zone Title Card | Was this used in something? |
| Aug 8, 2017 10:17 PM | Doc von Schmeltwick | Asset: Monitors (Remastered) | If you can't tell what they are, you just need your eyes checked, they're quite visible. |
| Aug 8, 2017 10:05 PM | Techokami | Asset: Objects | Switches aren't always super fast. I still think this should be updated to either: A) Provide unblurred versions B) Provide a version that blurs in the opposite direction Either of those would be a solid solution, because people ARE going to notice. Loooots of picky people in the fangame community. |
| Aug 8, 2017 10:02 PM | Techokami | Asset: Monitors (Remastered) | It's less a matter of making things "realistic" or "accurate to the Genesis games", but more of a matter of making things "legible". It's kind of hard to see what some of these items are, because they look washed out to me imho. |
| Aug 8, 2017 9:06 PM | michaeltheKitten | Asset: Competitive Rank Icons | if these had shaders, they would look lovely, that metal and shine and such.... oh god i'm dreaming about it now |
| Aug 8, 2017 9:01 PM | Doc von Schmeltwick | Game: Metal Slug Attack | @Bomb Bloke Oh. I don't see the appeal in that at all. I mean even pachinko machines involve actually DOING something. |
| Aug 8, 2017 7:57 PM | Jacob Turbo | Asset: Battle Sprites | @Max Ward Yes. Just flip the existing Mothra sprites and re-color them with the included palette. |
| Aug 8, 2017 7:21 PM | Greenknight9000 | Asset: Zone Title Card | HOLY SHIZZLE THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!!! (I hope there'll be a Super Sonic version) |
| Aug 8, 2017 6:28 PM | sonichacker | Game: Knuckles' Chaotix | We know that in America (maybe elsewhere) this game is called Knuckles' Chaotix however the original release of the game was just called Chaotix the American title made it sound like Knuckles owns the Chaotix but this was not the intention in the original title. |
| Aug 8, 2017 3:49 PM | SuperGamecube | Game: Magical Pop'n (JPN) | Someone should try to rip the sprites of that four-faced statue. That looks creepy. Especially when the player smashes each face one at a time. |
| Aug 8, 2017 3:20 PM | DracoZ | Asset: Vehicles | You could've called this game "Bird vs. Camel" and no one would've argued with you. |
| Aug 8, 2017 12:33 PM | Music Video 123 | Asset: Tileset (SMB1) | @teh_super_hackr No |
| Aug 8, 2017 5:00 AM | gabrielwoj | Asset: Background Characters | The first appearance of Rinnosuke Morichika in a Touhou game, aka touhou dude. |
| Aug 8, 2017 4:18 AM | Random Talking Bush | Game: New Super Mario Bros. | @Can'tThinkOfAName: They're on the World Map and Course HUD sheet. |
| Aug 8, 2017 4:12 AM | Can'tThinkOfAName | Game: New Super Mario Bros. | Just a question, can someone point me towards the item sprites that you can see on the bottom screen of the DS? |
| Aug 8, 2017 3:01 AM | Bomb Bloke | Game: Metal Slug Attack | Google would tell you this, but your basic gatcha is like a gumball machine. Insert money, turn dispenser, out comes... something. Could be a valuable something, could be a rubbish something. Metal Slug Attack's gatcha system is much the same as in many other freemium games - you spend your premium currency ("medals", which you either gain slowly by playing or quickly by spending real cash), watch the flashy animation (by spinning the "crank"), and walk out with your prizes. The prizes you hope for unlock the more powerful units (which are mostly female characters, in MSA's case), which make things easier for you while you're playing the actual game. Lots of units can be unlocked in other ways (at this point nearly everything from the mainline series is represented in MSA, so there are a few hundred to unlock), but since most of the strongest ones come from the crank, much of what you do revolves around earning enough medals for your next spin. |
| Aug 8, 2017 2:36 AM | WesternGamerRedemption | Game: Super Tanooki Skin 2D | pathetic |
| Aug 8, 2017 2:34 AM | WesternGamerRedemption | Game: Spartaman 2 | This game brings me so many memories. |
| Aug 8, 2017 12:52 AM | Doc von Schmeltwick | Game: Metal Slug Attack | How on Earth would that even play? Crank? Like a rotating lever? |
| Aug 8, 2017 12:46 AM | Random Talking Bush | Game: Metal Slug Attack | @Yubari Sugiura: As references, yes, but don't just use the exact same arrangement and spacing (in other words, don't just make the sheet look like a lazy recolouring job). @Doc von Schmeltwick: Basically what Yubari mentioned, any sorta free-to-play game where you unlock additional cards, characters, etc. randomly. |
| Aug 8, 2017 12:46 AM | Doc von Schmeltwick | Asset: Menu Characters | That would be Funky, I think. That was the green ghost in Pac-Mania, but he could jump. Or maybe colorblindness, I don't know. Or just because playable. |
| Aug 8, 2017 12:45 AM | shadowman44 | Asset: Dan Phantom | Since when was he a good guy? Or was he doing an anti-hero in this game? |
