Took me a while, but I did it. Super Turbo sprites added.
Check the Shoryuken Wiki article for Super Turbo Dhalsim to find the changes, like a new drill kick that's angled further downwards.
Dhalsim has a new special move that's an anti air Yoga Flame, a new teleport design, and some changed normals and air attacks.
I never played SSF2T, so I don't really know what was added. I'll have a look and maybe update this sheet.
The sprites from SSF2 Turbo are missing.
