Oh wow I didn't even notice that, I think it's just coincidence though since the palettes don't quite work on their ties
It's interesting dolphman because putting the henchmen palette on them in game actually works and they have palettes for matching the light blue and green thugs

Where are you getting the names for these bosses?
With the show running Season 2 at the time, Konami had to be creative for bosses. Strange they weren't Burns' regular Hired Goons
