At the time of me uploading his sprites I was unaware of anyway of getting him to appear. As I had commented on the page itself "To my knowledge you cant fight him" and since no screenshots at that time had been posted of him ingame and asking on reddit 8 months ago yielding no results I put him in Unused content. I have now updated him to be added to the other characters section

Why is Rago in Unused Content? You can fight him at the very end of the campaign if you win all 25 tournaments AND defeat all 13 test battle beys at the B-Pit/WBBA HQ. After the last match of the last tournament, should you meet the requirements, Rago will show up as the real final boss.
