@125scratch I compared the palette of your rip with MESEN colors and they seem to be the same.

@Doc That's odd, I could've sworn I used that palette, maybe the version of it I extracted wasn't quite accurate, the sprites themselves were ripped using YY-CHR

What emulator was used to rip these? I ask because the colors aren't quite the same as the MESEN/NEStopia colors used on the enemy sheet.

Why are the fireballs green in Toad Houses? The airship color scheme I understand, but there's nothing else in Toad Houses that shares a palette with fireballs.

First spritesheet I've seen where the player character(s) are shown facing to the left rather than the right. Nice.

Its funny to remember that even Mario 3 isn't glitch proof or bug proof either, still an absolute classic nonetheless

Something inaccurate with super mario maker 2, is that they added a crouch animation for small mario, when he never had it.

@corlen The convo was already over, you didn't need to reply, but yeah, I get it, I've actually been getting confused between FCEUX and the Other palettes, then realizing later on that the NES used a completely different color value scale, that being NTSC.

@BlueBlur64 yeah there is no actual thing. The colors of NES could vary from unit to unit. All you can do is use an approximate set of RGB values with some math where it resembles NES or use a palette uploaded that looks close enough.

@BlueBlur64 There's no such thing as "original NES palette."

These... kind of need a palette fix, either that or the original NES palette should be on the sheet along with all this, as this displays the mesen palette.

Mario and Luigi sprites aside from the small form, frog suit from, and tanooki suit form's statue was a sprite edit of Mario's from the USA SMB2. Also the head for small Mario/Luigi is identical to this head from SMB1 which is edited from Donkey Kong, his death sprite is also edited from SMB1.

@striker212 Fixed.

@striker212 They Must Fix it since the NES could only display 3 Colors per tile, otherwise, it should have layering like Megaman (Who has 5 colors)

There's one red pixel in the last frame of Super Luigi's star jump...is that meant to be there?
