Thank you, I appreciate it! Admittedly, curiosity got the better of me and now it's been revised. I'm now beginning to wonder if the overclocked cycling palettes in CD suffer from these coding discrepancies.

Now for the actual backlog... and trying to get clarity from someone who PM'd me information who cannot be communicated with.

Hello. I have come here to reveal that due to a programming error, the palette cycles here are actually incomplete! There should actually be 16 frames each, not ten. To restore the full cycles, simply enter these codes into your cheat device (either Action Replay or Game Genie):

For Sonic 3 alone:
•00243C:0080 (Game Genie: TAWA-AAF6)
•002464:0060 (Game Genie: NAWA-AAHE)

For Sonic 3 & Knuckles:
•002234:0080 (Game Genie: TAVA-AABY)
•00225C:0060 (Game Genie: NAVA-AAC6)
