	@TheWGD Simple, he's not an enemy or a boss that you fight. He would have been a NPC except Tingle has appeared in a few games as a playable character. Also there are not enough sheets to justify its own section, probably down to his unpopularity outside of Japan.

	Tingle, a lot like a lot of my sprites had proportion issues from frame to frame. Something I have fixed in my animation days, but it was something I couldn't solve back during my sprite days. Tingle was to function similarly to how he did in the games he's from. You would have hit his balloon with a projectile of any sort. Float idle, float idle 2, float draw (he did this every so often like he's sketching the map as he sees it), shock (the balloon just burst), sputter in air, landing, idle on ground, static, "magic" words, balloon, burst.

	I should redo this sheet sometime. Some of the posing is just bad.
