	Personally I think her silly hit animation makes it worth it. Additionally, there's the fact that until Sonic Gems, it was JP-only. And even Sonic Gems isn't particularly easy to come by.

	Well, Tiara was in a game, the game just never got released. But it is absurdly difficult to get to Witchcart in that game without save-scumming, so that's why there's little discussion of her.

	Ah yes, that one obscure character that nobody knows. Seriously I see more people talking about Tiara Boobowski, then Wendy Witchcart, and Tiara wasn't even in a game!
