Wonder if they'd ever make him an assist trophy in Smash Bros

@DigitalDiamal But it's changed in the NES version so he just falls.

@beanluv Who could blame him? It's a character who never made a modern appearance in years. Well he did have some appearances, but certain of them are just cameos.

By the way... Has anyone seen his death animation in-game? I've seen gameplay of DK3 and let's just say it ain't pretty...

Back on to what I was trying to say... My dad still thought it was Mario. *shrug*

@124scratch Oh, I thought it was one of those games...

And it's not the kind of bootleg where it takes another game and puts other copyrighted stuff from another game or something in it and sells it illegaly, that's technically called a pirate, technically a bootleg is just the same game sold illegally, in this case 65 games in one cabinet

@DigitalDiamal Well it's JAMMA, and that emulates all kinds of arcade games, even Crush Roller/Make Trax (raise your hand if you've ever heard of THAT!)

@beanluv There's a Donkey Kong 3 bootleg!? I thought bootleggers never known about installments with obscured characters (or obscured series.)

It probably was a bootleg, there's one of those at a Dairy Queen about an hour away from me. Figures he thought it was Mario, he is wearing red and blue after all, but he doesn't have a hat or mustache.

We have an arcade cabinet with 65 games on it (sounds like a bootleg thing amirite) and this is one of the games on it. My dad thought this was Mario/Jumpman.

They're not white, they're yellow, because they're blue in the normal sprites but in the super spray palette blue is changed to yellow.

Is he supposed to have white eyes on the unused super spray sprites?

Whoops, I forgot the super spray palette. Looks like an edit is in order.

That seems likely I suppose.

Thank you 124scratch for ripping his sprites! The unused sprites? Hmm... As I've seen gameplay on DK3, I don't see these running sprites anywhere, meaning they could've been used in a scrapped transition screen to another level depicting Stanley getting chased by Beespys.
