Love how you're @-ing yourself with your reply there.

Also while I'm here, you never replied to my response on the Kirby Mass Attack page earlier, Douglas. Couldn't think of anything to say in response that wasn't more negativity?

My bad! I went to see if its possible to rip those decorations off the backgrounds but it looks like they are stuck on the background! :(

This is just too bad and while its not really the fault of the rippers here, I can only blame the ones who did the sprites for this game. Of course the makers of this game didn't have their loyal customers and fans alike ripping their stuff in mind but at least if they could have used the background decoy as individual sprites instead of part of the background would be heck of a lot easier for fellow sprite rippers to divide the trees, bushes, rocks, the ufos, and so on in organized categories instead of like I said part of said background.

@DouglasTheGreatResource Also think twice before you say something to people who are not. Calling anyone here selfish is rude and disrespectful to the community in general here.

People are just trying their best to rip what they can but I know its not a very easy process because of the complicated approval feature here and that is why not many people like contributing here all the time but this site should deserve serious improvement to make submitting easier and faster for most of us sprite ripping folks honestly.

Amazing. You don't want to split up the already complete and non-dynamic (cycling palettes aside) backgrounds because...?

@DouglasTheGreatResource: Boy, you're awful selfish and unappreciative, aren't you?

The backgrounds need a better rip. The tile sets don't separate the chunks and decorations. What wasted lazy effort! I cannot believe nobody ever pointed this out until now since the prototype was found? No wonder there no more updates for this category but if I rip things myself from this game Im definitely not contributing here as I would rather take my own rips to better sites where no silly approval is needed plus less restrictions. I only came here because I thought its easier to grab most of the stuff I need but I guess not all rips here are always perfect so for this one, I'll have to re-rip them myself then.

Clock work = scrap brain. Sparkling zone = spring yard

@Greenknight9000 The Sega copyright/trademark can depend on region. On some games, it is missing if the console detects as a Japanese or an Asian PAL console but a TM/Copyright symbol gets added if it detects an US or a PAL console. e.g. Out Run, Streets of Rage 1 & 2, Bonanza Bros. It can also be by region e.g. Castle of Illusion has it on the overseas version but is missing on the Japanese cartridge, Super Monaco GP 2 is missing the copyright on the Japanese/PAL cartridge but is on the US cartridge.

@Paraemon Actually, the SEGA screen in this prototype is actually slightly different than other games - I think most SEGA games have a Copyright symbol, but this one doesn't

If that's going anywhere, it's to the BIOS page, since it's in literally every other game that's not Sonic.

Quick question: How do you access Clock (W)Ork Zone?

The night palette is likely an early version of the palette for the ending sequence. It comes at the end of the palette pointer list, and is 4 palette lines long instead of 3 like regular zones, like final. Though most people *Cough* have tried debunking me on this with "Oh well the ending isn't programmed in so that doesn't mean anything" even though the ending sequence music is also present, along with the credits medley.
