	His name is Mega Chopper because he doesn't hurt you, if not, he tortures you taking off your rings until you figure out how to get rid of him.

	@actually turbo spiker is the successor to the sonic 2 spike badnik thing (don't ask me how i know this i just found out lol)

	You know what doesn't make sense? "Mega Chopper" being smaller than the regular Chopper badnik.

	The Buggernauts are different in the prototype, and there's a smaller version of Turbo Spiker in the prototype's files. Once the latter is sorted out, I'll upload a finished sheet for the HCZ Badniks on the Prototype Sonic 3 page.
