	Let me guess, those sprites have the palette data, instead the palette of the screenshots, because when i play in emulator the palette is HUGE different, or it may can be of the ripper screen, emulator, or rom

	Those are just sprite glitches using broken tile layouts (just the bottom feet tiles and the top of Mario/Luigi's hat). Nothing special or "unused".

	the battle mode and victory poses were unused because as for battle mode poses, the battle is going to be added to the game but the idea was scrapped for some reason as for victory poses, there's no victory pose when you clear a level in smb3 also mario and luigi now wears white gloves

	I always preferred SMA4 sprites instead of SMB3 in All Stars.
