	Funny thing is, they wanted to make Evil Otto something more intimidating. But then they thought it would be funnier if he stayed as a smiley face.

	Honestly, the sprites here would work just as well if they were aligned against the left instead of being put in the direct center. You could put the text into two rows per colum to reduce “negative space” if you’re that concerned over it.
