Ah, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Considered by many one of the worst NES games ever made, I myself have a fondness for this rather odd little game. These rips are actually from the Japanese version of the game, which has two stages that were removed from the English version, Stage 1 being one of them. |

A lot of people prefer them to be on a colored background because it means they can use it in Paint easily. To which I say, hit the print screen button, and paste that into paint instead... |

What's wrong with a transparent background? It's easier to get the sprites out with a transparent BG than it is with a colored BG. |

when i was a child, i liked to play this game along with many others games, now what i am a user, i see many cheats in this game with secret levels, and now i know and YOU know...that there's more enemy racoons that this, most of them are just pallete swap and: i actually can help with: the other enemies, the green lady racoon, the gentleman racoon, and the 2nd mummy racoon, the green lady is just a pallete swap of the pink lady racoon, while the others i have it without the objects in his sprites, i just need time and your agree TKGB |

I don't think outright prevention is ever a viable answer. Alerting people that are detected to be using AdBlock that they may be impacting their experience (and our future if we really feel like going for the heartstrings)? Sure. Preventing them from doing anything as a result, absolutely not. All that will serve to do is piss people off and, as puggsoy said, start building a rather negative reputation for the site. |

Adblock is actually something of great concern for us, not just because of it reducing revenue from advertising, but also because it makes core functions of the site not operate correctly. Whenever an error is reported, Pete and I work to fix it, only to find the issue is entirely caused by Adblock. I will look into some adblock prevention methods that still render the site usable. |

@Dazz: Mm, makes sense. It was a thought, but you've got a point. Tiers might work, but then the issue of user alienation/separation appears again (which has been discussed before). @Doomtodeath: In my opinion that wouldn't be very user-friendly. The site should still be open for all to use, whether you use adblock or not, but it's obviously not encouraged. Forcing people to disable it would be annoying and could give the site a somewhat undesirable reputation. That's what I think, but of course it is Dazz's site so I can't speak for him. |

You should set up an Anti-Adblock system for the site, that forces people to disable adblock to continue onto the site. Its possible, and ive seen it before. |

The issue there Puggsoy is that the goal of this campaign is to render an additional income stream, not a replacement. I don't want to have to rely on donations to run the site, as I don't think that's a logical step. I may try to come up with some reward tier that allows ads to be removed on your account, but I'm not sure how easy this would be to setup, or whether it'd be something people are interested in with the number of people who already use adblock. |

Definitely a cool idea! I'm willing to donate as soon as I'm financially able to! Maybe an idea for a milestone could be removing ads? I think you guys can probably come up with monthly amount which would remove the necessity of advertising. |

Using the rips I've been given, there's only one pose for him jumping with the blue shell. There are actually 2 sets, but their frames are identical. This is because Mario can't actually jump while wearing the blue shell, and he can only fall. |
