@TheMultiMan The resources of the original game are contained in "phase" files, which are in a compression format called Multifiles (.mf). They're located in the folder that the game is installed to.

Wait, how are people getting the sprites from a game that's basically offline? Are they getting sprites from Toontown Rewritten?
