Pokemon Ruby- Possible Unused NPC?

Unless you have any proof these are from Ruby (and Sapphire and Emerald..?), I won't belive it.

NOTE: When I say proof, I mean pictures of you ripping'em or it didn't happen.

Ah ha touche! No way to prove me wrong but: No way to prove me right either... And, while I SERIOUSLY couldn't care less if you believe me, heres a link of me putting the sprites in AdvanceMap.

I was asking for proof becasue you coulda just edited some sprite and said it was unused in pokemon Ruby, no need to get all defensive. :I

But I guess I should believe it then, now that you provided evidence, but I'm still not sure.. :I

Right sorry I WAS overeacting a bit. Well look, as I said before, believe what you will/may but, these are from the rom. If you look very closely at the shirt, it almost looks like an "R", not to mention on the side poses, it appears to be sticking out, meaning (as stated by A.J. earlier) that it may very well indeed be a Team Rocket Admin, who was cut out of the game.
