A complete rip of questionable worth
Its, well... a rip of all the cards, backs, etc. from the windows default card games. Well, someone did rip Minesweeper!

Actually, I think I have a use for both... hmmm . . . .

Just so you know, the little dot under the 'hearts' card is a sprite.

There's more back than that - there's several defaults.
Edit: Also, on your icon, the ace looks different on the right.

Oh look at how she listens... She says nothing of what she thinks.
She just goes stumbling through her memories staring out onto Grey Street.
But she thinks, "Hey... How did I come to this? I dreamed myself a million times around the world but I can't get out of this place."
There's an emptiness inside her and she'd do anything to fill it in.
And though its red blood bleeding from her now, it felt like cold blue ice in her heart.
When all the colors mix together to grey, and it breaks her heart...

How she wishes it was different... She prays to God almost every night.
And though she swears He doesn't listen, there's a hope in her that he just might.
She says "I pray! Oh, but they fall on deaf ears... Am I supposed to take it on myself to get out of this place?"

Deafaults? Im not sure what you mean.

And, in the icon, on the right is the one in the newer windows version (the name escapes me), but the one on the left is the slightly older XP one.

There are more card backgrounds than the three you've got already.

In my copy of Solitaire (XP), there are 12 card backgrounds.

Darn. I've actually gotten a new computer, with a newer version of All the card games. Is there any way to get the original (XP) Solitaire?

Since it's a game only available for buying a copy of Windows XP, all I can say is look on Google.
