ROM Hacks...and something other

my first question:
is it allowed upload GBA ROM-hacks and present them in the "Fangame Art" cat.?

my second question:
it is possible to create a subforum with the subject "coding" in the 'other stuff' category?
(is the build of the sentences right?^^)

In all honesty We don't need a coding sub-forum because that would be pointless. Also Roms are illegal so Rom hack would be just as illegal so that would also be a no.

I think the patch is perfectly legal, but not the ROM.

A coding subforum would be unnecessary mainly because not many people actually would need or use it.

The best place for something like coding and rom hacking would probably be a community that handles those types of interest. This community is for sprite ripping and the graphics end of things. So basically if you want to expand into other areas of roms you may want to look around the net for a community with similar interest because you would find better support for the things you like to do.
