I made arms a while ago, they're like 5 posts up from the newest arms. I like mine better, but only because the newest doesn't have the whole arms outlined in black, so they blend together too much.

I think he should have one of his hands on his forehead and his eyes closed. Makes him look a bit more concentrated.

Except for items that get charged up. I think he should have his arms crossed in front of him and have him kinda curling up while kinda shaking. But just while he'd charge up.

Not only does your version have many obvious flaws in comparison to the former one (that didn't need fixing at all), but Mewtwo is not a current priority in the project (check for the 'starred' topic names please).

Just throwing that out there.
