Actually, Jigglypuff is pretty much finished, and the custom is already here on TSR:



There are a few missing poses though, such as Dizzyness, KO, Air Dodge, Guard, Rolling, etc.

Final Smash Lineart really needs to be redone.

The whole sheet needs some work. Just some cleaning up mind you but it doesn't really go up to par with mario or fox and it really needs more shading.

This. It may be a sprite, but we don't need to enforce pallet limitations since they haven't been needed for years. I realize its very helpful for smaller sprites, but for larger ones a lack of color looks bad.

I think with some clever dithering and maybe just a couple more colors it would be fine, but the bigger issue is cleaning up the FS sprites.

On the FS, the shading on the eyes don't look right either.

Not that anyone's currently active on this sheet...

's too small too. I like yours until we reach above the eyes. The hair and ears have some placement issues.

Yeah, the ear's were were hard. I also noticed jugglypuff's eyes are a little more green than the one you had. So far the main issue is size.

Who would've thought something so simple could be so hard?
