Yeah, throw some sheen on there. If it looks odd with the pure white, use the lightest orange on the suit, or the lightest skin palette in the global palette.

Your Samus seems a tad off. Design and shading-wise. I gave a go at Samus by editing yours:

Rokkan, the lineart is better, but the shading is out of style. Nin has somewhat rounded shading, and its more simplistic.

@Rokkan, your edit has much nicer shading, except on her right shoulder. Of course, I still think her legs are too fat.

@Baegal, Samus has to be shiny. Mario has much simpler shading because he's not shiny. Shiny also comes with reflective lighting.

BTW, what happened to Samus's left hand? Shouldn't it be visible there on the gun?
