to begin with, use a software that allows you to see the animation as you modify/sprite each frame, such as animation shop 3.

otherwise, i'd be incredibly hard to keep a credible/readable flow in your animations.

The walking animation seems odd because the legs look like they lack bones. You see they don't bend or have knees.
