What do you think about the Sprite?

Pretty flat shading. Make everything rounder because it all looks a bit jaged at the moment. The shoes and head could really do with this.

[Thumbtacks]

The black outline really hurts the quality of the piece, and the hands are a little out of proportion
The way he's shaded makes him look made of paper

This looks dreadful. The outline makes it look weird. The hair isn't shaded right. The stripes on his shirt look jagged and his hands are weird looking. Please fix.
