Those bottom blasts are Frieza's. I don't recall him shooting cigarettes in the show but that'd still be a deadly attack so I won't judge.

Yeah, um... I guess I should say this now...
I started on Cell Jr. weeks ago and had been trying to work on it little by little, but I haven't touched it in a month or so now...
I am gonna try to work on it in the next day or two. I plan to finish it so please wait for me, I've just got so much going on, plus I've been gone the past week.
