New 3DS attachment for dual Slidepads and potential 3DS hardware redesign

I think most people are used to the stick being lower and to the left.

But I realize it's probably not as bad as I'm imagining it. Look at Demons' Souls, where most of the primary attack actions were trigger based. I don't think something like that would be difficult to pull off even with that stick placement. In fact now all I can think about is how cool it would be to have a game like Demons' Souls in 3D.

Here's another thing I'd look forward to. FPS, yes, I find them fun and I've always wanted one with good controls and good graphics on a handheld, which the 3ds will be more than capable of now.

So why not get a PSP? Or better yet, the PS Vita when it comes out?
I mean, I'm not here to get into a which is better debate because the PSP ended up being a pile of shit, but you need to consider what market the consoles aim to.

3DS is aimed at the younger, up-beat audience... All Nintendo stuff is.
Playstation has always been the other end - with FPS and dark games and shit.
360 in the middle.

At least this is my own sight into game releases. Hasn't been proven wrong to me yet.

I think the US already has them, but iirc us brits don't get them for another few days yet :/

I don't really like the psp, it doesn't fit in my hands as it's too thin and lanky. Also, they're obviously trying to widen their range with games like Street Fighter IV, Resident Evil Mercenaries, Metal Gear, Kid Icarus and more being released on the system.
