Does anybody happen to have a Hondew Berry? (I don't think they and the other EV berries have been officially released to players worldwide but I've heard of them appearing on Japanese share shelves in the Dream World sometimes, and they could always be hacked in I guess.)

I'm EV training a Lilligant and may have miscounted her S.Atk EVs, but I know for a fact that they're just barely over 100 so I'd like to knock them back down to 100 exactly since I could easily regain any lost EVs without any hassle.

Ev reducing berries have not been released yet, you'll have to get them from somebody with an AR.

Oh also, with 252/252 spreads, you'll have 6 extra unused evs.

I've gotten a few in Dream World. Lowered Atk and Def, I think. But they're currently growing. Betting they'll take pretty much a week to grow.

EV reducing berries are in dream world now, don't know when it was possible, but it is.
