I think that the tail of his hat should move up and down a little bit, along with moving from side to side. It currently looks to pixel shifty/

for casting spell I think the can be one more frame between the normal stance and blur in which the 'stache goes a bit to the sides and you can see his arms to make it look less jumpy also frame number 3 could last a bit longer with the stache waving for added effect
