A Question of indepenece...
Hey, I've found the sound files for the indie game 'Facade' and am just wondering how everyone stands on me uploading them. After all the game was made out of pocket and took 5 years. If you say it's alright I will upload.. just it feels more of uncertain ground than big companies like ID and Nintendo...

Well if it's an Indie game then you have the ability to message the creator of it. Give that a shot first.
