I was looking at my subitter page on the main site and saw that some of my TMNT rips were listed under the wrong game in the GBA section.
All those listed as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus are actually from another GBA game just called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. There is a section for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but the sprites in it are from the game titled TMNT, which does not have its own section. There don't seem to be sprites from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle 2: Battle Nexus anywhere.

It's supposed to be spelled SEBEC, it's a company acronym.

Some rippers (like myself) don't rip the bullets or sfx like that when it's generic. So it's not really one error.

I think the section icon for Lord Monarch (SNES) is broken.
Tried Firefox, it shows "Lord Monarch"
Tried IE, it shows the broken image icon.

Here's a copy of the icon in case the original disappeared or something.

And also about the Tatsuya Sudou's case, I just noticed one thing: he's not one of the protagonist, but one of the antagonists. I already moved it, just noticing. There's also one other antagonist but this one is listed as NPC and if I move it would be too much of a spoiler so it's better let it be.

You might need to check again because it's still SABEC, unless it got reverted when it got updated.

It might have gotten reversed, because I remember it saying "SEBEC" last time I checked. It's fixed (again) now.
