Just some placeholder sprites right now, and a basic level layout without enemies or such.

Basically its a jester that finds a staff that create barriers. The world is split into several time periods, Middle Ages, Old West, etc. and the jester is the protagonist. Ive really yet to think of a plot yet.

So far Ive thought of three abilities, which are

Screen: Creates a wall which stops enemies in their tracks. There can only be one on screen.
Block:Creates a block you can walk on, useful for getting over gaps
Card Toss:Throws a card. Really only effective against bosses
