Well, if he is being reduced, I'd say 10%.

But if he were more hunched over, and we used a head the size of the other one in the first post, I'd think that would work too.

I'm not a fan of the pose right now, and I think the lightest purple color should be a tiny bit less saturated and a bit lighter.

Make the head at least 15% smaller. The body might be fine, just a little smaller would be alright. One way to make him smaller would be the legs be at less of an angle. His shins are alright, but his thighs should be horizontal, not upward at the angle you have them at. Wings could be a little smaller, too. Limbs might need to be thinner, but not by too much.

EDIT: Made a quick sketch of what is a good size IMO. Yes, I know some parts are off, but I thought a reference of the size I suggested would be helpful.

If you make him more hunched over it will reduce his height too. In that video his chest is practically facing down.
