The reason I didn't post them in the past is because I didn't get to them, and there were a few in the KH2 section already.

I'm surprised I didn't see this thread before!

I'm looking forward to where this project goes. Perseus's submission of the Hero's Crest is excellent, and I'm hoping to see many more keyblades ripped with that same quality.

To be honest, I haven't done anything yet. I've got exams coming up and I also started spriting for a bit. If I finish all my work tonight, then I might do some but at the rate this is going I'd say that's not gonna happen (I have attention problems)

Not a bad rip, though there are some issues. I apologize for not getting to this sooner.

For instance, some of the MTL files say ".bmp" instead of ".png" for the textures. It's a minor problem and an easy fix. Similarly, the texture paths of the DAE need to be fixed. It's easy to do, and all you need is a text editor. See this post for instructions if you need them.

A bigger issue, however, is with the textures. The texture for the normal version is fine, but the different variations are all missing their alpha channels. Considering how the keyblades use it, this is probably the most important thing to fix.

What process do you have to go through to convert the textures to PNG? That might help explain why some of the alphas go missing.

er....
crett kinda uploaded a dump file of all the 3d elements from kh2 a while back to the site...it's in one of the threads......they arn't separated individually but all of the keyblades for KH2 are in there as well as the halloween tron and monochrome textures. if you really need the keyblades you could just upload crett's files....i've been separateing them into individual folders for several months now and converting them into MMD format...

KH1 keyblades now that would be epic to have!
