Sorry to ask this but how and where do I find and use Poppy Bright? Also I tried Tahaxan.... Can't figure it out. Any insight?

Go to the No$gba settings, and change GBA mode to VGA (Poppy Bright). Then you will have the correct colors.

How do you do a 3d rip??

Yes, I would rip it exactly the same way as Animal Crossing- it's a lot harder than the rips I'm doing for this game now.
