RE: Costumes
With Marth, I figured doing the leotard version with no pants from the old NES days would be more of a noticeable difference... and funnier Tongue

Jigglypuff could be clafairy, there both abouth the same sze and learn the same moves.
And instead of floating to jump clafairy could flap it's little wings to jump the same hight

RE: Costumes
But they're two completely different Pokemon. That's the thing. They're not supposed to be different characters.

RE: Costumes
Jigglypuff can probably be left alone. It already changes "outfits" when you change its color. It doesn't need a costume.

RE: Costumes
Perhaps each of the different accessories it wears can get an alternate color scheme? It'd be getting double the outfit options, just like if it had an alternate costume. I think it solves the problem of an alternate costume while still giving Jigglypuff something extra.

RE: Costumes
Well, maybe we can put in the game all 64/Melee/ Brawl Jiggly's costumes: the Blue ribbon (From 64), the Crown, Exotic Red Flower (From Melee) and the Female Trainer hat, sleep-hat and straw hat -shiny- (From Brawl)

This is definitely a rad idea. It'd be like bringing back the three-colored party hats from 64.
