Is it still okay to discuss characters here? It feels like this thread has been taken over...

Anyway, about Snake's FS. I'd like to suggest:

1: Cardboard Tank: (Peace Walker) Controllable semi-final form that shoots.

2: Chaff Grenade: Disables enemy Smash Attacks, or similar disabling effect for a period of time.

1st idea is O.K.

But the second idea is downright terrible. Sorry, I just had to say it.

The second one would work better for a random pokeball pokemon. Have it use Disable with the same result.

Original and clever indeed. Iceman, but I personally think PK Rockin should stay.
(I personally Ness' final smash should be PSI related.)

Should Pit's down+B change? I mean, his side b is capable of reflecting projectiles. Granted, you have to keep tapping B for it to continue, but if you have two moves and one of them does exactly the same as another, but without the % increase on the enemy then its pretty pointless. Why not take some ideas from Kid Icarus: Uprising?
