Even though it doesn't make a ton of sense I'm still pretty excited about it

It actually makes a lot of sense looking at the possibilities in the story and game.

Game-wise, I think this has alot to do with the fact that it's Square's series as much as it is disney, and it isn't the first time characters from other S.Enix franchises have appeared in kingdom hearts (Cloud, Spehiroth, etc.). That and the game will be on the 3DS which is the successor to the console TWEWY was on.

And judging from the story of TWEWY, my guess that his involvement with this game's story has to do with the fate of his life sort of thing, not a solid theory, but hey.

ether way it's awesome nonetheless.

I'm definitely not saying he won't fit in with the game. Kingdom Hearts 3D's gameplay apparently involves switching between the playable characters frequently, something TWEWY utilized in its battle system (if you were skilled, anyway) I just didn't think it made sense considering this is the first time a SE character outside of the Final Fantasy series has appeared in Kingdom Hearts.

If they make you fight Noise at any point or give you a TWEWY themed keyblade I think I'll die of joy

After looking at the images a bit more, I kind of agree, I mean, his arms have an only slightly larger width than his eyes. He was really thin in TWEWY anyway, but it still looks kind of creepy D:

There is absolutely nothing that I hate about Neku being in the next Kingdom Hearts

I'm really looking forward to it now. I need to beat Birth by Sleep and Coded still, but eh, I'll get around to them eventually.




And I know Neku is super-anorexia embodied, but jesus christ they could have widened him a little more :C

it's cool that it looks like he's got a relatively big role in this game though !!

it doesnt really need to make sense. the whole basis of the crossover is that is a square enix universe, therefore, you can just jam it into the storyline.

isnt like wandering around with all these disney characters made any particular sense to begin with.
