The ear movement doesent look like movement, more like you moved it a pixel up/down according to the frame. Try giving it a little bounce.

Also, you have the walk wrong. Your arm and MATCHING foot must both go forward at the same time. It's whatever feel natural, right? Well, I don't see people walk swinging their arms in the opposite order with relation to their legs...
