The eyes are just too light.

Used Ekoi's edit.
Edited arm, hand, spikes and the shoe on the back.
Tried to find another palette (though the first one was fine imo)

RE: Sonic - Tonberry2k - 10-31-2009 05:42 PM

I think it looks pretty good now.

RE: Sonic - Baegal - 10-31-2009 05:46 PM

I made an edit of what I think should have been fixed. Ekoi's is in the middle, and mine is on the right
[Image: MySonic.png]

I fixed the arms, and made him lean back -1 a pixel, and fixed a little of the shading

RE: Sonic - Tonberry2k - 10-31-2009 05:49 PM

Should we be able to see the spike on his back? Or his tail?

RE: Sonic - MarcelloF - 10-31-2009 05:51 PM

I still like the darker pallette. It'd be cool to atleast have it as an alt. color in the game :-/

RE: Sonic - Ekoi - 10-31-2009 05:59 PM

You guys make me feel loved. <3

I'll open up photoshop and play with a palette a bit, as Brawler's is too dark, and the current one is too vibrant.

RE: Sonic - Baegal - 10-31-2009 06:12 PM

I currently like the brighter pallete

If it's not used it should at least be an alt color, like what marcello said

I don't think that's too much of an issue, but it could be added easily

RE: Sonic - Ekoi - 10-31-2009 06:42 PM

Played with the color settings a tad on the blues in photoshop. Granted, this is not the best way to make a palette, but it'll help us give us a better idea. I also attached the PSD file I used, so you can easily adjust the HueSat layer yourselves.

No attachment because PSD's aren't aloud to be uploaded, so here's a link to it.

i like that, but it seems it could be a little more teal, or less indigo

that may be just me, because I don't like the new sonic
I can live with it, though

We already have a costume for Sonic costumes have to be more than just a palette change.

I like this one actually, everything seems to be in place now. I should start working on his alternate costume.

I didn't say alt. costume. I said alt. color. Or did I misunderstand you?

RE: Sonic - Baegal - 11-01-2009 02:53 PM

I like Ekoi's final edit. I think we can start animating this. are the poses going to try to be as close to the brawl animations?

RE: Sonic - Alpha Six - 11-01-2009 03:12 PM

I'd say be close but don't rely on them.

RE: Sonic - Baegal - 11-01-2009 06:00 PM

how smooth should the animations be? Like Kirby SSU smooth? (framewise)
